Nic sits on both the USA and Americas Boards and has spent 25+ years leading global real estate programs and building program management offices. He also serves on PMI’s Project Award Review Committee.
What an executive headshot has to do
A leader at this level is photographed for board pages, conference programs, press, and LinkedIn. The photo has to read as steady, sharp, and trusted before he says a word. That means clean lighting, a neutral background, a natural expression, and no heavy retouching. It should look like him on his best day, not like someone else.
Why executive headshots are different
Executives are judged on trust and presence. A dated or overly stylized photo works against that. My Executive session includes a pre-session consult, unlimited outfit changes, and 24-hour turnaround, so a busy leader can get a finished image without a long process.
Headshots for East Bay executives and leadership teams
I photograph executives, attorneys, advisors, and leadership teams from my Lafayette studio and on location throughout the East Bay, including Walnut Creek, Danville, Alamo, Orinda, Moraga, and Oakland. Studio sessions are in Lafayette with easy street parking. For teams, I come to your office.
When to refresh your leadership photos
If your team’s photos are more than three years old, they are working against you. Update them if you have a new role, if photos from different eras don’t match, or if your website and LinkedIn show different faces. A consistent set across your leadership team signals a company that has its act together.
