The Session

When you arrive at the studio, Steven walks you through the entire plan before a single photo is taken. Every session includes full expression and posture coaching — you're guided through every frame in real time. You'll see your images live on a monitor and give direct feedback as you go. Before you leave, you review your favorites together so there are no surprises. Sessions are relaxed, collaborative, and designed for people who don't love being photographed.

Most individual sessions run 45–90 minutes depending on the package. The LinkedIn session (1 outfit) typically wraps in under an hour. The Executive and Personal Brand sessions are extended and unhurried — no time pressure. You won't feel rushed.

Individual sessions are in-studio in Lafayette. Team and corporate sessions are on-location — Steven brings full studio lighting to your Walnut Creek, Lafayette, Oakland, or East Bay office. No travel fee within the East Bay.

Pricing

Individual sessions start at $275 for a LinkedIn headshot (1 outfit, 1 retouched image). The Signature session is $325 (2 outfits), Executive is $495 (unlimited outfits, extended time), and the Personal Brand session is $695. No hidden fees. No session fees. No surprise charges. Preparation

Solid colors photograph best — navy, charcoal, burgundy, forest green, and white all work well. Avoid busy patterns, large logos, and neon colors. A detailed prep guide is sent to every client at booking — it covers clothing, hair, makeup, and what to bring so you're fully prepared before you arrive.

Hair and makeup are not included but Steven can recommend local professionals in the Lafayette and Walnut Creek area. The prep guide includes tips on how to prepare at home so most clients arrive camera-ready without needing additional services.

The calendar typically books 1–2 weeks out. If you have a specific deadline — a speaking event, LinkedIn update, or company rebrand — book as early as possible to secure your preferred date. Express retouch is available if timing is tight.

Delivery

Standard delivery is 24–48 hours for most sessions. Executive and Personal Brand sessions deliver within 24 hours. Express retouch (add-on, $75) delivers within 3 business hours of your session.

Images are delivered via a private online gallery — high resolution files ready for LinkedIn, company websites, press features, and print. All images include unlimited usage rights with no expiration.

Yes. Retouching is done to your specifications — natural and clean by default. Steven's approach removes distractions without over-editing. You'll still look like yourself, just at your best. Specific requests are always welcome.

Corporate & Team Sessions

Steven brings a full studio setup — lighting, backdrop, and equipment — directly to your East Bay office. 5–10 minutes per person, a team of 20 done in half a day. Every team member receives the same posing and expression coaching as individual clients. No bottlenecks, no delays, consistent results across the entire team.

No travel fee within the East Bay — Walnut Creek, Lafayette, Danville, Orinda, Moraga, San Ramon, Oakland, Berkeley, and surrounding areas. A location setup fee applies to all team sessions and is included in the team pricing calculator.

Yes. For new hire continuity, Steven keeps your style blueprint on file — same lighting, same background, same quality — so every new hire matches your existing team page. No need to reshoot your entire team when someone new joins.

For teams of 10 or more, 2–4 weeks advance notice is recommended to secure your preferred date and plan logistics. For large corporate sessions (50+), contact Steven directly to discuss scheduling and custom pricing.
