Team headshots at Steven B Studios are priced per team size, so you can see your total before you ever call. There is no on-location fee, and I come to your office. Every person gets coaching, a live image review, and one professionally retouched headshot, all in one consistent look for your website, LinkedIn, and company materials.

On-site sessions start at 5 people. Teams of 3 or 4 come to my Lafayette studio at the same per-person price. A team photo on-site is $375. Need more than one image per person? Extra images are $85 each, or add a second retouched image for the whole team at $75 per person.

How team headshots work

1. Tell me your team size. Use the calculator above to see your total, then reserve your date.
2. Your team picks a time. I send one online scheduling link. Each person chooses a slot, and rescheduling is easy. You don't have to chase anyone.
3. I set up at your office. I bring professional lighting and a backdrop and turn a conference room or open corner into a studio.
4. Each person gets about ten minutes. I coach them, show them their photos as we go, and help them choose a favorite.
5. You receive retouched images. Each person's headshot is retouched and delivered within 1 to 3 business days, with unlimited usage rights, ready for LinkedIn, your website, and press.

Why a consistent team look matters

Clients and candidates look at your team page and your people's LinkedIn profiles before they ever speak to you. Mismatched photos, taken at different times with different lighting, make a good company look scattered. Matching headshots show a team that is organized, current, and proud of its people.

It also saves your people from the hardest part of getting a good photo: knowing what to do. Coaching and a live review mean even the most camera-shy teammate leaves with a headshot they like.

Getting your office ready

• Space: a room about 10 by 10 feet and one power outlet. A small conference room works well.
• Wardrobe: solid colors and professional layers photograph best. Avoid small patterns and logos.
• Grooming: arrive as you normally would. Retouching handles small blemishes and flyaways.
• Scheduling: share the online scheduling link a week ahead so everyone can choose a time that fits their day.
